Terms of Service
Effective 28 September 2026
These terms cover Scribble Night, the drawing and guessing game played as a Discord Activity or at scribble-night.scribble-night.workers.dev. By playing you agree to them. Questions: nerfedmeta@gmail.com.
The game
Scribble Night is free. It is provided as it is, and it may change, pause or go offline at any time. Games live only in server memory, so a room can end without warning, for example when the server restarts or is updated.
Playing fairly and kindly
- Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when playing in Discord.
- Do not draw or write anything hateful, sexual, violent, harassing or illegal, and do not share other people's private information.
- Do not spam, cheat, impersonate others, or try to disrupt, overload or break the game or its server.
- The room host can remove players, and players can vote to remove someone.
What you create
Your drawings and messages stay yours. By playing, you let the game send them to the other players in your room so the game works. They are not kept after the room ends; see the Privacy Policy.
Access
Access may be limited or blocked for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the game.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the game comes without warranties of any kind, and its developer is not liable for any loss or damage from using it, or from not being able to use it.
Changes
If these terms change, this page and its date will be updated. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
